Identify and document your findings

When an issue is observed, select the “Area” in which the vulnerability is identified, e.g. “Main Office.” Now that you’ve selected the area, choose the applicable vulnerability from a pre-loaded list of options.

Take pictures and notes in a flash

Using the mobile app, take photos of the vulnerability, which will be automatically inserted into your report. Add personal notes to each vulnerability by clicking “Add Notes” underneath the vulnerability title. These notes will not be visible in your final report.

Add pre-written recommendations on the go

As an option, select “Solutions,” and easily choose from a list of pre-written recommendations and their references.

Everything is editable

As a rule of thumb, virtually all text fields are editable. Just click and begin typing anywhere. Add, edit, and delete freely.

Begin building or editing your report

To add content to your report, click “Add Section.” Select the desired section from the dropdown (e.g., “Interior). Once selected, click “Add Area” and choose the desired area from the dropdown (e.g., “Office”). Then add the desired vulnerability and solutions. Upload pictures and images to your report by clicking “Add Images,” which is located throughout the template.

References, executive summary, background and appendices

Each report includes a preloaded list of references. Edit or delete any of the references or add your own references if desired. Within the report, there are several blank spaces for the user to add executive summary content, external charts, graphs, blueprints, procedures, checklists, and more

Preview and download your final report

To preview your report at any time, click “PDF Preview” in the top left corner. While in “draft mode,” watermarked reports may be previewed an unlimited number of times. Once the report is finalized, click “Complete & Download” in the top left corner. A watermark-free report will be generated for download and print. Continue to edit and re-download the report an unlimited number of times for 90 days.

Library Customization

Customize EasySet by uploading your own library of vulnerabilities, recommendations, and references.

Customize your own library from the web editor

Permanently add your own sections, areas, vulnerabilities, and solutions to EasySet. In addition to having full access to a massive pre-written library of report content, add your own, accessible from the mobile app in the field, or the web editor.

How the EasySet database works

The EasySet database is a simple hierarchy. The topmost level of the hierarchy is the “Section” level (Perimeter, Building, Interior, etc.). Within every “Section,” there are “Areas.” Within every “Area,” there are vulnerabilities, and within every vulnerability, there are solutions. Users may permanently add personalized content to any level of the hierarchy.

Adding new content to your private library

Using the web editor, click where you would like to add your custom content, e.g., Section, Area, Vulnerability, or Solution. At the bottom of the dropdown menu select, “Other.”
